Making follow up on new products

All marketing typically works in stages, but this is even truer for marketing a new product. From the first inception of the product to the eventual release of it, you need to be sure you have specific marketing laid out to garner the best results, and that’s just as true for the follow up marketing after the product has been released.

Eventually the boost of marketing that came with the product hitting the streets will start to fade and your product is going to become just another in a long list of products you carry. However, if you allow it to fade quickly into obscurity you will be doing your first marketing efforts an extreme disservice.

Always acknowledge the help you get

I currently have an account with Netflixs. Not long ago they sent me a card telling me that for every person I help sign up, they’ll give me a month for free.

This is by no means a particularly new strategy for getting people to help out your business. Rewarding the help provided to you is a very old tactic indeed. Now, if this strategy for marketing is so old than why is it that so many companies refuse to do it?

I think that’s a very good question.

Internet marketing is a very vast arena. You could sell any concept using the most effective method, Network marketing and not be a Small business casualty 

When a person knows and knows not that he knows. Teach him.

When a person knows and knows that he knows. Follow him.

I have read a lot about Network Marketing and MLM and I have learnt a few things which you might like to know. And the one thing that I know for sure is that network marketing sells.

One of the joys of freelancing is that you get to do everything. But this omnipotence means you can’t hate the sales team for not bringing in new clients, because you are the sales team. You can’t have a spat with Maureen in accounts because she hasn’t sorted your expenses, because you are Maureen in accounts. You do (or don’t do) everything. You’re the CEO, the General Manager, the Finance Director, the mail boy and the tea maker. You are it.

Don’t know why, but about a month ago I opened my email spam box. One of the emails was a sales letter from a well known Affiliate Marketing Guru. He had seen a “great” program called Commission Blueprint and according to him, this was the best program available. Most of the time, my first action is to click the delete button, but this time I clicked the link to the sales page.
