the title, of course, the meaning is … the best Recruitment
Agencies “for you”.

Recruitment
Agencies have shops and offices in city centre High Streets,
just like Building Societies, and Estate Agents, and all the rest.
You may not have noticed them before … but look around and you’ll
see that they are there.

At
any one time Recruitment Agenciesare likely to have a
number of jobs on their books and also a number of job-seekers. In
effect the employers notify the agencies when they have vacancies and
the agencies then check through their lists of job-seekers to look
for potential matches.

Employers know what they are looking for in a resume. If
they see a resume mistake in any one of the resumes they are reviewing for a
position, that resume will likely get filed in the “do not follow up”
pile. If you want to be noticed, you need to make sure that your resume does
not contain any errors that will irritate employers.
