1. Create an agenda. Whether you are launching an advanced teleseminar, one-on-one coaching, advanced coaching program, or bootcamps, you need an agenda that can make your presentation and your program organized and highly targeted. List down all the things that your potential clients will be able to achieved or learned after your presentation, the various hands-on activities that they need to participate on so they can better understand your topic, and allot ample time for questions and answer.

2. Invite as many potential clients as you can. Unless you are offering one-on-one coaching, you would want to fill your venue with numerous clients so you can boost your income and revenue. This can be done by widely promoting your products at least two months prior to the actual event. You can use PPC advertising, email marketing, search engine marketing, blogging, forum posting, and article marketing.

3. Plan ahead. Where will the event be held? What is the capacity of the venue? What kind of furniture or furnishings will you be needing to make your clients comfortable? Who will cater for your food and refreshments? Is the proposed date convenient to all interested parties?

4. Hire some help. You don’t need to do all the legwork. If you would like to concentrate on conceptualizing products that will appeal to your potential clients, you can hire numerous people who can do other tasks for you. Such as sending email invitation to your potential clients, answering email and phone inquiries, venue and catering reservation, etc.

5. Make your products informative, useful, and valuable. To effectively give your clients their money’s worth, make sure that they will be able to get something out from your products. These could be information that can potentially improve their skill level or solutions to their pressing issues.
